I ordered some awards on an urgent basis, not believing at first that they could turn them around so quickly. The awards were delivered absolutely on time and the staff were super helpful and responsive with sending me proofs and getting my approvals.

I was very impressed with Quick Trophy's customer service, and the fact that I was able to immediately speak to a human being when I called with questions, and that very nice person remembered me later when I called back. The engravers were just as personable. I was also quite surprised at their willingness to save me engraving charges when possible (for an in-house logo, or for delivery, etc.). The speed of delivery was great, and they made sure I had the plaques in time for the events, despite my late ordering. The plaques themselves came out beautifully. I recommend Quick Trophy wholeheartedly.
