They are always just what I expected and were delivered on time.
This year, I got an email from the engraver who suggested one of my layouts would look better in landscape rather than portrait, and he attached a mockup of the plaque as he suggested it be done. I was impressed that he cared and took the time to do that for one plaque.
Then one day before I was distributing the plaques, I discovered that I had made an error on 5 of them. I called Quicktrophy and got a real person. They were closing at noon (they close early on Friday) but they managed to get the corrected version out to me before they closed, and with overnight delivery, I was able to distribute the right plaques instead of being embarrassed. And they felt bad for me, so they discounted the corrected plaques. Remember, I had made the mistake, not them.
