As the trophies were being presented, his eyes were filling with tears. He had played well, but his team had not won the championship. He did not understand why he was not receiving a trophy. We immediately came home and ordered him a trophy from you. Within a week, he was opening the package with his trophy and running to find a place of honor in his room to display it. Service was prompt. The site was user friendly.
