I order two trophies every year. I always get them fast and they are always accurate and competitively priced. I had no complaints and would highly recommend them.

Customer service (Stephanie and Connie) were fantastic, however, it took 4 shipments to get my order correct. The first time 8/26 trophies were broken, then I got the 8 replacements and 1 of those was broken, then that one was resent with incorrect spelling. I was not satisfied with how long it took to get this order right. The two stars are for Stephanie, who was very helpful and apologetic when my order had issues. The 4th shipment was sent overnight, which I also really appreciated. Overall, great customer service, but very poor product delivery.
