The order was placed and in my hands within a week. Quality is good. I do have suggestions however. The sample box when placing an order does not give a good comparison as to how it fits in the plate that is being ordered. Also had I known the company was in Marquette, I would have picked it up and saved $13 shipping. Over all, very professional and very pleased with my order.
