Needed a nice, but inexpensive trophy for my Fantasy Football League at work. It's our third year and we decided we wanted a "Traveling Superbowl Trophy". The sample box when placing an order does not give a good comparison as to how it fits in the plate that is being ordered. Not only did my awards ship quickly and look fantastic but the company saw my order and offered me a chance to put a different figure on the trophy to go along with the gender of the recipient. Quick Trophy lives up to their name! Within hours of submitting our order, we received an email confirmation, and the entire order (10 trophies) was completed and shipped within a few days. The finished products looked great - we were proud to present them to our award winners. I took off half a star because the online interface to enter the text for the awards was rather clumsy and a little frustrating to use. The proof it generated did not match what I submitted. Fortunately, a phone call to the company quickly resolved the issue.

The speed of shipping was fantastic, however, my jaw dropped to the ground when I opened the package and saw how incredibly small the supposed "Large" size garden plaque was. I have ordered medals for soccer teams for 2 years and both times I have been impressed with the affordability, quality and quick service. Orders are processed quickly and the products always arrive on or before schedule. When I needed to fix an error I made in ordering customer service promptly replied and corrected my mistake cheerfully. My only complaint is I wish the ribbons for the medals were of thicker more durable material.

Received my order promptly, which I always appreciate. The quality of the personalization on the plates was poor--the print on the plastic plate looked damaged--I was disappointed. Last year, one of the numbers was broken off the pedestal on one of the trophies. 2 years in a row with disappointment means it's time to find a new company.

This was my company's first time ordering from Quick Trophy and would absolutely order again. We placed our order on a Monday for plaques for an event that Saturday and they shipped next day as promised! We opted for expedited shipping to be on the safe side. Sadly, Fed Ex delayed our shipping and the plaques did not arrive on time for our event. I called Quick Trophy and they refunded us the expedited shipping cost, no questions asked, and apologized on Fed Ex's behalf (Fed Ex Supervisor did not even do that and it was their error). Overall very happy with the experience and I would recommend. Fast and cost effective with wonderful customer service.

Ordered a plaque to present at a ceremony at our church. Arrived quickly and it is beautiful. Once I examined it I realized that I had made a spelling mistake (shame on me!) I contacted Quick Trophy to find out how to re-order the exact same item, with the correction, without going through the order process again. The agent was kind enough to not only give me step by step instructions how, but offered me a big discount because it was an honest mistake. Great customer service.
