At QuickTrophy we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, a phone number where you can be reached during business hours, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process your order and to notify you of your order status.
If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you as quickly as possible, either by phone or email.
Credit Card Safety
When you order, we transfer to a secure server before collecting your credit card information. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts then sends your information securely. Your credit card information is used only by Authorize.net, a credit card processing company.
Additionally, we use the Address Verification System (AVS) to verify the billing address matches the address of the credit card. We use other resources and procedures to ensure all orders are valid.
We want you to be pleased with the products we send you. If your items arrive damaged, we will replace them, absolutely free. We will ship the replacement items by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or Postal Priority - if you need them faster, we can do so, but we will charge you the difference in shipping costs, with your approval, of course.
If you do not like your items, we will gladly exchange them for any other trophy or award in our selection and either refund or charge you the difference. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately or return the items if they have already been shipped. A refund will be issued, less a 15% restocking fee if the parts can be reused, a 50% restocking fee will be charged for items that cannot be reused such as engraved glass or acrylic awards or plaques. All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt of your order.
We keep you informed of your order status every step of the way by sending you a confirmation e-mail when we receive your order, and when it ships. We also provide you a UPS tracking number. If at any point in the process you need to clarify your order, please e-mail or call us.

|I have several bowling trophies from 1960 when I was serving in the U.S. Coast Guard.|
Over time, a couple of the metal bowling figures that topped the trophies had lost their limbs and recently I decided that I'd like to replace them.
I seearched a number of sources on the internet and I was delighted that the Quick Trophy staff was able to provide replacements for the metal toppers and now my trophies are back on display!
