Volleyball Trophies and Awards

Volleyball has been around for over 100 years. It started as an indoor sport at a YMCA in Holyoke, Massachusetts with similarities to tennis, but less rough than basketball so older people could participate in a fitness game. It proved to be very popular and spread across the country within just a few years. Soon people all over the world were playing volleyball. In 1964, volleyball was being played in the summer Olympics.

So, whether you play casual drop-in beach volleyball, or you play volleyball on a bar league, or a school team, it seems like there will always be a rival team you 'have to' beat. These are the rivalries everyone looks forward to and can remember the outcomes and even some of the important plays for years afterward. To help keep track of the winning team and the game score for years on end, a perpetual volleyball trophy is the perfect solution. There is a large plaque plate on the front of the trophy, then on the larger bottom base of the trophy is room for 1"x3" plates to document the winner of each year and attach them to the base. On our Perpetual Volleyball Trophy, there is room for 8 tags on each side of the base, so you can keep track of the winning team for 32 years!

If you need something smaller to reward the winning volleyball team of the family reunion volleyball championship, we have a nice variety of volleyball medals and some very cost effective volleyball trophies and awards. How long does it take to get a trophy engraved?

At QuickTrophy we have automated our engraving system so it literally takes minutes for a trophy to be engraved. We let you set up the engraving while placing your trophy order - you get to add text to the trophy plate and spell things as you like. On trophies, the tags are smaller so we default the engraving layout so the top and bottom lines are smaller and the center line - the most prominent line - is larger and bolder. Once you type in your engraving for each trophy, we show you what each engraved trophy tag will look like so you can proof read all the engraving before we get your order. Once you finish placing your order, our web site saves your engraving in a format that is compatible with our laser engraving machines. Our engravers do not retype your volleyball player award engraving, so there is no chance for typos and the process is faster.

When we get your order, someone in customer service will review it to make sure there are no obvious problems with your order. If something looks amiss, they will contact you before processing your order. If everything looks OK, they will print out the paperwork and release your order for processing. Then one of our engravers will transfer your engraving instructions to one of our laser engraving machines where the trophy tags are quickly custom engraved and cut to fit your trophies. The whole process takes only minutes.

If you require something special about the engraving on your trophy tags, please let us know in the Customer Comments box when placing your order. We try to make the whole process as easy as possible, but sometimes people would like something different than the standard layout. If you do, we will try to accommodate your wishes, but it will delay the process. We will need to have one of our engravers do the manual changes, send you a proof and wait until you approve the proof before we start engraving.
