When I noticed it had the wrong topper on it, I contacted the company and they immediately shipped me a new one, along with a call tag to ship the wrong one back, free of charge. The new trophy was exactly as ordered and got to me within 36 hours. Great service, nice product, and I will definitely order from Quick Trophy again!
