How long will it take to get my order?
Generally, orders will be filled and shipped out by the next business day. For orders over 100 trophies, please allow more time for processing.
How long the shipping time takes depends on where you live. Click on the "Shipping Estimator" on the left or on the banner (above and on right) to get an estimate of the delivery date and cost for shipping your order via Ground UPS, 3-Day, 2nd Day, Overnight, and Postal Priority.

How much will shipping cost?
QuickTrophy uses FedEx and US Postal Priority to ship your items. Shipping costs are determined by the type of shipping (Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Air), your distance from QuickTrophy, and the weight of your order. Our average shipping costs for FedEx Ground service are about $9 per order. Expedited shipping rates are higher.

How much does engraving cost?
At QuickTrophy there is no additional charge for engraving on trophies or plaques. For medals there is an additional charge of 99 cents per medal.

Can I order by phone or fax?
Absolutely! If you do not want to order using the internet, you can fax your order to us at 906-228-9865. Or you can call us toll free at 1-866-200-1234 Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time Zone or Friday 8:00am to noon.
We prefer you place your order using our web site, though. The website does a lot of order processing automatically, which will speed up your order. Our web site is very easy to use and gives you several chances to review your order and engraving instructions to correct any mistakes before we get it. If we place an order for you from a fax or phone, it takes more time and, because we are human, there is always the possibility of an error.

Do you have _______ trophies?
On our web site we show all the trophies we keep in stock. We generally make and ship these trophies by then next business day. We CAN make other trophies as well. The prices for these would be the same as a comparably sized and styled trophy shown on our web site. We would need to special order the parts to make the trophies, which would take 3-4 days. Once we get the parts in stock, we make your trophies and ship them out within our usual turn-around time.

What happens if I don't like my products?
We want you to be pleased with the products we send you. If your items arrive damaged, we will replace them, absolutely free. If you do not like your items, we will gladly exchange them for any other trophy or award in our selection and either refund or charge you the difference. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately or return the items if they have already been shipped. A refund will be issued, less a small restocking fee. All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt of your order

How big are the trophies?
The height of the trophy includes the base, column, and the figurine. The sizes listed for each trophy are average sizes based on an average figurine height of 5". Some, such as basketball, are taller, while others, such as academic are shorter.
