Privacy Policy

At QuickTrophy we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, a phone number where you can be reached during business hours, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process your order and to notify you of your order status.

If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you as quickly as possible, either by phone or email.

 

Credit Card Safety

When you order, we transfer to a secure server before collecting your credit card information. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts then sends your information securely. Your credit card information is used only by our credit card processing company.

Additionally, we use the Address Verification System (AVS) to verify the billing address matches the address of the credit card. We use other resources and procedures to ensure all orders are valid.

 

Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with the products we send you. If your items arrive damaged, we will replace them, absolutely free. We will ship the replacement items by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or Postal Priority - However they were shipped orginally. If you need them faster, we can do so, but we will charge you the difference in shipping costs, with your approval, of course.

If you do not like your items, we will gladly exchange them for any other trophy or award in our selection and either refund or charge you the difference. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will cancel your order and refund your payment completely. Because we custom make and personalize every order with your engraving, most of our products cannot be reused. So if you return an order, a refund will be issued, less a 50% restocking fee. All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  

Shipping

We stock all parts for the products we display on our web site so we can manufacture and ship your order either the same day we receive your order by the next business day at the latest. If we do not have enough items in stock to fill your order immediately, we will contact you and provide you with an alternative we can ship immediately or get your approval for a delay while we procure the parts.

 

Communication

We keep you informed of your order status every step of the way by sending you a confirmation e-mail when we receive your order, and when it ships. We also provide you a tracking number. If at any point in the process you need to clarify your order, please e-mail or call us.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to your order if your State requires us to collect and remit sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please put your tax number in the appropriate area on the billing screen and let us know with a note in the comments section.
