Ordered a plaque to present at a ceremony at our church. Arrived quickly and it is beautiful. Once I examined it I realized that I had made a spelling mistake (shame on me!) I contacted Quick Trophy to find out how to re-order the exact same item, with the correction, without going through the order process again. The agent was kind enough to not only give me step by step instructions how, but offered me a big discount because it was an honest mistake. Great customer service. I've already recommended them to two other people. The plaque looks way more expensive than I paid too. Very happy with Quick Trophy!!
